Church Secretary
Job Summary
The Church Secretary is responsible for the management of the church office and support to the church staff with responsibilities that include the preparation of various reports, preparation of church communication, maintenance of church membership and visitor records, church calendar, contributions and accounts payable. As a representative of the church, maintains a positive and cheerful attitude.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires knowledge of basic computer systems and software programs. Experience in Publisher is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience in this or similar types of position. Background check is required.
